Confronting the end of life can activate deep emotional pain and fear. We’ll re-examine beliefs and understanding about death and dying to help reframe your experience. We’ll lovingly review and create a personalized end-of-life checklist and, if desired, facilitate family conversation and assist with funeral planning. Together, we can befriend this reality and even the fear itself and, through reflection, inquiry, and reducing conflict, foster grace, love, and wisdom.

Realization Process Therapy (RPT) is a compassionate psychotherapeutic technique that uses embodiment practices and dialogue to disentangle the body's trauma and tensions. RPT is a series of gentle, body-centered meditations that help you integrate your thinking-mind and body. When we fully inhabit the space within our body, it helps us discover a sense of wholeness and calm that’s always there, even in our most difficult times. This inner stillness creates a space to hold your physical and emotional experiences more peacefully. These practices guide us to develop self-understanding and expression, love, and connect with our everyday aliveness.
