Appointments

Appointments are 50 minutes long and conducted remotely via Zoom or phone. Once we have settled on a time to meet, a Zoom invitation will be sent to you by email prior to each scheduled appointment. If you would prefer a home visit or an in-person appointment, please let me know. We can discuss available options by contacting me at evan@evanzazula.com or filling out the form on my CONTACT page.

Fees

The fee for a 50-minute appointment is $200.

To help make services more financially accessible, I offer a sliding scale and reduced-fee options when needed. I also work pro bono on a case-by-case scenario. At this time, I do not accept insurance. Please feel free to contact me with any questions about fees or payment options.

Attendance & Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments, will be charged the full session fee. Whenever possible, I will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling requests.
